Narita’s vision is for a legal profession which is accessible to all. Her journey through the years makes her aware that progress on diversification initiatives in the legal profession remain slow and immeasurable. The legal profession still has a great deal of catching up to do before it is truly diverse. Narita seeks to make a meaningful and measurable difference in the legal profession. Narita champions gender, racial, ethnic, social diversity and sexual orientation. They are core components of society which create a culture of engagement and success. Narita recognises that it is not enough to simply say that the legal profession prioritises diversity and inclusion. She intends to play her part to ensure the legal profession meets that priority.
